Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 591301 Size: SH
  1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System in SIR.
  2. Remove the instrument panel trim pad. Refer to Trim Pad Replacement - IP.
  3. Remove the instrument panel trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Bezel Replacement - IP Cluster.
  4. Remove the screws (1) from the top of the cluster.
  5. Remove electrical connector  (3).
  6. Pull the cluster rearward.
  7. Remove the cluster.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 591301 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connector (3).
  2. Install the cluster to the instrument panel.
  3. Install the screws (1) at the top of the cluster.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  4. Install the instrument panel trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Bezel Replacement - IP Cluster.
  5. Install the instrument panel trim pad. Refer to Trim Pad Replacement - IP.
  6. Enable the SIR system. Refer to Enabling the SIR System in SIR.
