Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 591193 Size: SH
  1. Remove the upper air intake splash shield. Refer to Headlamp Replacement.
  2. Remove the headlamp assembly bolts.
  3. Pull the headlamp assembly upward and outward to remove.
  4. Twist and remove the socket/bulb (2).
  5. Remove the bulb by pulling outward.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 591193 Size: SH
  1. Install the socket/bulb (2).
  2. Align the tabs (1 and 3) and install the headlamp assembly to the bracket assembly.
  3. Install the headlamp assembly bolts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 8 N·m (71 lb in).

  4. Install the upper air intake splash shield. Refer to Hood Close Out Filler Replacement
  5. Install the headlamp assembly. Refer to Headlamp Replacement.
  6. Inspect the headlamp for proper operation.
  7. Aim the headlamps according to the manufacturer's instructions. Refer to the following sections:
