Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 238733 Size: SH
  1. Remove the EVAP canister (5). Refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the fuel tank pressure sensor electrical connector.
  3. Disconnect the fuel tank pressure hose (3) from the EVAP Pressure Switching Solenoid (4).
  4. Remove the one bolt (1).
  5. Remove the fuel tank pressure sensor (2) from the EVAP canister.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 238733 Size: SH
  1. Install the fuel tank pressure sensor (2) to the EVAP canister.
  2. Secure with one bolt (1).
  3. Connect the fuel tank pressure sensor electrical connector.
  4. Connect the fuel tank pressure hose (3) to the EVAP Pressure Switching Solenoid (4).
  5. Install the EVAP canister (5). Refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement .
