Sunroof Drain Hose Replacement Front

1. Remove the headlining trim finish panel. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
2. Remove the sunroof housing front drain hose clamp.
3. Remove the sunroof housing front drain hose (2) from the sunroof housing (1).
4. Remove the sunroof housing front drain hose (2) from the vehicle, by pulling the hose up through the body hinge pillar panel (3).



5. Remove the body hinge pillar trim panel. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
6. Remove the connector cavity (2) from the lower portion of the body hinge pillar panel (1).

1. Install the sunroof housing front drain hose (2) to the vehicle, by routing the hose down through the body hinge pillar panel (3).



2. Make sure that the drain hose is in the correctly seated position in the lower portion of the body hinge pillar panel by positioning the hose through the access hole (1).



3. Install the connector cavity (2) to the lower portion of the body hinge pillar panel (1).



4. Install the body hinge pillar trim panel. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
5. Install the sunroof housing front drain hose (2) to the sunroof housing (1). Secure the drain hose with the clamp.
6. Install the headlining trim finish panel. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.

Sunroof Drain Hose Replacement Rear

1. Remove the headlining trim finish panel. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
2. Remove the sunroof housing rear drain hose clamp.
3. Remove the sunroof housing rear drain hose (2) from the sunroof housing (1).



4. Open the rear compartment lid.
5. Remove the rear compartment trim finish panel. Refer to Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Left Side or Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Right Side in Body Rear End.
6. Position the rear compartment side trim (2) aside.
7. Pull the sunroof housing rear drain hose (1) down through the quarter inner upper panel and into the rear compartment.
8. Remove the sunroof rear drain hose grommet (3) from the rear compartment floor pan.
9. Remove the sunroof housing rear drain hose from the rear compartment.

1. Install the sunroof housing rear drain hose (1) to the vehicle by feeding the hose up through the quarter inner upper panel (2).



2. Install the sunroof housing rear drain hose (2) to the sunroof housing (1). Secure the drain hose with the clamp.
3. Install the headlining trim finish panel. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.



4. Reposition the sunroof housing rear drain hose (1) in the rear compartment.
5. Install the sunroof rear drain hose grommet (3) to the rear compartment floor pan.
6. Reposition the rear compartment side trim (2) to its original position.
7. Install the rear compartment trim finish panel. Refer to Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Left Side or Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Right Side in Body Rear End.
8. Close the rear compartment lid.
