Instrument Panel Air Outlet Replacement Left

1. Remove the instrument panel (IP) drivers knee bolster reinforcement. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
2. Remove the following components from the IP assembly:

2.1.	The plastic retainer (1)

2.2.	The left IP air outlet duct (2)




3. Remove the screw and the left IP air outlet (1) from the IP assembly.

1. Install the left IP air outlet (1) to the IP. Secure the outlet with the screw.
2. Install the left IP air outlet duct (2) to the IP. Secure the outlet duct with the plastic retainer (1).
3. Install the IP drivers knee bolster reinforcement. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.

Instrument Panel Air Outlet Replacement Center

1. Remove the instrument panel (IP) assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
2. Remove the following components from the IP:

2.1.	The one screw

2.2.	The right IP air outlet duct (3)

2.3.	The three screws

2.4.	The IP center air outlet (5)

1. Install the IP center air outlet (5) to the IP. Secure the outlet duct with the three screws.
2. Install the right IP air outlet duct (3) to the IP. Secure the outlet duct with the screw.
3. Install the IP assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.

Instrument Panel Air Outlet Replacement Right

1. Remove the instrument panel (IP) assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
2. Remove the following components from the IP:

2.1.	The 1 screw

2.2.	The right IP air outlet duct (3)

2.3.	The 2 screws

2.4.	The right IP air outlet (4)

1. Install the right IP air outlet (4) to the IP. Secure the outlet with the 2 screws.
2. Install the right IP air outlet duct (3) to the IP. Secure the outlet duct with the screw.
3. Install the IP assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
