Information on Drive Motor Battery unit repair (overhaul) can be found in the 2000 Battery Pack Service Information Repair Manual, available separately. The Battery Pack Service Information Repair Manual may be obtained only after you have completed General Motors Chevrolet S-10 Electric Battery Pack Service Certification Course (Number 18005.02). The Battery Pack Service Information Repair Manual contains information on diagnosis and repair of internal battery pack components.

The technicians who understand the material in this manual and in the appropriate Dealer Service Bulletins better serve the vehicle owners.
