Removal Procedure

    Important: Note the routing position of the cable in order to facilitate installation.

  1. Open the instrument panel compartment door. Lower the door by pushing in the left and right sides.

    2. Object Number: 345806 Size: MH
  2. Remove the fresh/recirc control cable (2) at the blower case.
  3. Remove the heater control unit (3). Refer to Control Assembly Replacement .
  4. Remove the fresh/recirc control cable at the heater control unit.
  5. Remove the fresh/recirc control cable from the instrument panel.

Installation Procedure
  1. Position the fresh/recirc control cable (2) in the vehicle. Route the cable as previously noted.

    2. Object Number: 345806 Size: MH
  2. Install the fresh/recirc control cable to the heater control unit (3).
  3. Install the heater control unit to the instrument panel. Refer Control Assembly Replacement .
  4. Adjust the fresh/recirc cable as needed. Refer to Vent Control Cable Adjustment .
  5. Close the instrument panel compartment.
