Removal Procedure
  1. Drain the engine cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
  2. Release the hose clamps at the bulkhead and the engine coolant pipe.
  3. Remove the heater core inlet hose.
  4. Release the hose clamps at the bulkhead and the intake manifold.
  5. Remove the heater core outlet hose.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the heater core outlet hose to the bulkhead and intake manifold.
  2. Secure the heater core outlet hose with the hose clamps.
  3. Install the heater core inlet hose to the bulkhead and engine coolant pipe.
  4. Secure the heater core inlet hose with the hose clamps.
  5. Fill the engine cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
