Removal Procedure
- Drain the engine cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
- Release the hose clamps at the bulkhead and the engine coolant pipe.
- Remove the heater core inlet hose.
- Release the hose clamps at the bulkhead and the intake manifold.
- Remove the heater core outlet hose.
Installation Procedure
- Install the heater core outlet hose to the bulkhead and intake manifold.
- Secure the heater core outlet hose with the hose clamps.
- Install the heater core inlet hose to the bulkhead and engine coolant pipe.
- Secure the heater core inlet hose with the hose clamps.
- Fill the engine cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
