Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the evaporator case from the vehicle. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Core Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 345594 Size: MH
  2. Remove the A/C compressor control module (3) from the evaporator case by releasing the 2 lower lock tabs and sliding the compressor control module upward in order to disengage from the case.
  3. Separate the upper and lower case halves by disengaging the retaining 5 clips and the 1 screw.
  4. Remove the evaporator pipe retaining clamp from the lower case.
  5. Remove the evaporator core from the evaporator case.
  6. Remove the evaporator temperature sensor (4) from the evaporator core.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 345594 Size: MH
  1. Connect the evaporator temperature sensor  (4) to the evaporator core.
  2. Install the evaporator core to the evaporator case.
  3. Connect the evaporator pipe retaining clamp to the lower case.
  4. Connect the evaporator case upper and lower halves. Secure the connection with the 5 retaining clamps and the 1 screw.
  5. Install the A/C compressor control module (3) to the evaporator case.
  6. Install the evaporator case to the vehicle. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Core Replacement .
