Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 1998 🢒 Tracker - 4WD 🢒 Body and Accessories 🢒 Lighting Systems 🢒 Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) Resistor Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Remove the following components from the right front fender:
    3. • The 2 screws
    • The 6 plastic screws
    • The 1 push clip
    • The wheelhousing
  3. Remove the 2 washer fluid reservoir screws.
  4. Set aside the washer fluid reservoir.

    5. Object Number: 352562 Size: SH
  5. Remove the 2 DRL resistor nuts (2).

    6. Object Number: 352561 Size: SH
  6. Reposition the DRL resistor (3).
  7. Disconnect the DRL electrical connector (2).
  8. Remove the DRL resistor (3) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 352561 Size: SH
  1. Connect the DRL resistor electrical connector (2).
  2. Install the DRL resistor (3) to the vehicle. Secure the DRL resistor (3) with the 2 nuts.
  3. Install the washer fluid reservoir. Secure the washer fluid reservoir with the 2 screws.
  4. Install the wheelhouse to the to the right front fender with the following components:
    5. • The 2 screws
    • The 6 plastic screws
    • The 1 push clip
  5. Lower the vehicle.
