Removal Procedure

    Caution: Unless directed otherwise, the ignition and start switch must be in the OFF or LOCK position, and all electrical loads must be OFF before servicing any electrical component. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent an electrical spark should a tool or equipment come in contact with an exposed electrical terminal. Failure to follow these precautions may result in personal injury and/or damage to the vehicle or its components.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

  2. Remove the screw which secures the rear side door inside handle.
  3. Gently pry the rear side door inside handle from the door trim panel.
  4. Remove the 2 screws which secure the armrest (5), if equipped.
  5. Remove the armrest (5) from the door, if equipped.
  6. Remove the screw which secures the pull handle case (3), if equipped.

  7. Use a cloth in order to pull off the snap ring of the regulator handle (1).
  8. Remove the regulator handle (1).
  9. Gently pry the door trim panel away from the door by disengaging the plastic retainers.

    10. Object Number: 352188 Size: SH
  10. Rotate the door trim panel (2) 90 degrees counterclockwise.
  11. Pull the door trim panel (2) away from the door in order to gain access to the power window electrical connector, if equipped.
  12. Disconnect the power window electrical connector, if equipped.
  13. Remove the door trim panel (2) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 352188 Size: SH
  1. Position the door trim panel (2) to the door.
  2. Connect the power window electrical connectors if equipped.
  3. Press the door trim panel (2) plastic retainers into place. Ensure the plastic retainers are fully engaged.

    4. Object Number: 352184 Size: SH
  4. Install the snap ring to the regulator handle (4).
  5. Install the regulator handle (4) to the door.

    6. Object Number: 352190 Size: SH
  6. Ensure the regulator handle is at a 45 degree angle when the window is fully closed.

    7. Object Number: 352180 Size: SH
  7. Install the pull handle case (3), if equipped. Secure the pull handle case with the screw.
  8. Install the armrest (5) to the door, if equipped. Secure the armrest to the door with the 2 screws.
  9. Install the rear side door inside handle to the door. Secure the inside handle with the screw.
