Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the 3 snap clips at the front of the rear floor carpet.

  2. Object Number: 351581  Size: LH
  3. Move the carpet in order to reveal the rear seat front anchor bolts.
  4. Remove the front anchor bolt from each rear seat rail (9).
  5. Fold the rear seatback (15).
  6. Pull the rear seatback lock knob (1) in order to remove the rear seat.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 351581  Size: LH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  1. Install the rear seat to the vehicle. Secure the rear seat with 1 front anchor bolt to each rear seat rail.
  2. Tighten
    Tighten the front anchor bolts to 25 N·m (19 lb ft).

  3. Reposition the carpet.
  4. Secure the carpet with the 3 snap clips.
  5. Raise the rear seatback (15) into the upright position.
