Caution: Do not try to change the designed seat position by changing the seat adjuster-to-floor pan anchor placement or the seat adjuster-to-seat frame anchor placement. Changing the designed seat position could affect the safe performance of the seat and cause personal injury.

The 2-door models are equipped with high-backed seats. The 4-door models are equipped with low-backed bucket seats with separate head restraints . The seat cushions and set back have formed foam pads which fit the contour of the full panel seatback frame assembly and the seat cushion frame. All front bucket seats are equipped with seatback locking mechanisms and manual reclining mechanisms. For access to the rear cargo area, use the recliner lever in order to move the front seatbacks forward. The recliner lever is an integral part of the recliner mechanism. The recliner lever is mounted on the outboard side of the seat.
