Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 351612 Size: SH
  1. Remove the 14 plastic retaining clips which secure the rear door interior trim panel (1).
  2. Remove the rear door interior trim panel (1).
  3. Pull the water deflector away from the rear door.

    4. Object Number: 351645 Size: MH
  4. Unclip the rear door latch rod from the rear door lock link (6).
  5. Position the rear door latch rod away from the rear door lock link (6).
  6. Unclip the rear door lock cylinder rod (3) from the rear door lock link (6).
  7. Position the rear door lock cylinder rod (3) away from the rear door lock link (6).
  8. Unclip the rear door handle rod (4) from the rear door lock link (6).
  9. Position the rear door handle rod (4) away from the rear door lock link (6).

  10. Disconnect the rear door lock actuator (5) electrical connector.
  11. Remove the 4 door lock link screws from the rear door.
  12. Remove the door lock link from the rear door.
  13. Unclip the rear door lock actuator rod from the rear door lock actuator arm.
  14. Position the rear door lock actuator rod away from the rear door lock actuator arm.
  15. Remove the 2 door lock actuator (5) screws from the door lock link (6).
  16. Remove the rear door lock actuator (5) from the door lock link (6).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 351647 Size: MH
  1. Install the rear door lock actuator (5) to the door lock link (6). Secure the rear door lock actuator (5) with the 2 screws.
  2. Install the rear door lock actuator rod to the rear door lock actuator arm.
  3. Install the door lock link to the rear door lock actuator. Secure the door lock link with the 4 screws.
  4. Connect the door lock actuator (5) electrical connection.

  5. Position the rear door handle rod (4) on the rear door lock link (6).
  6. Clip the rear door handle rod (4) to the rear door lock link (6).
  7. Position the rear door lock cylinder rod (3) on the rear door lock link (6).
  8. Clip the rear door lock cylinder rod (3) on the rear door lock link (6).
  9. Position the rear door latch rod on the rear door lock link (6).
  10. Clip the rear door latch rod on the rear door lock link (6).
  11. Inspect the water deflector for tears or holes.
  12. Use waterproof tape on both sides of any tears or holes.
  13. Apply adhesive to the back of the water deflector.
  14. Install the water deflector to the rear door.

  15. Install the rear door interior trim panel (1) to the vehicle. Secure the trim panel (1) with the 14 retaining clips.
