Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 351612 Size: SH
  1. Remove the 14 plastic interior trim panel retaining clips which secure the trim panel.
  2. Remove the rear door interior trim panel (1).
  3. Pull the water deflector away from the rear door.

    4. Object Number: 351645 Size: MH
  4. Remove the rear door handle rod (4) from the rear door lock link (6).
  5. Remove the lock cylinder control rod (3) from the rear door lock link (6).
  6. Remove the lock assembly rod (5) from the rear door lock link (6).
  7. Remove the 3 rear door lock link screws.
  8. Remove the rear door lock link (6) from the rear door.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the rear door lock link (6) to the rear door.

    2. Object Number: 351645 Size: MH
  2. Install the following components to the rear door lock link:
    3. • The rear door handle rod (4)
    • The lock cylinder control rod (3)
    • The lock assembly rod (5)
  3. Inspect the water deflector for tears and holes.
  4. Repair the water deflector, as needed, using waterproof tape on either side of the deflector.
  5. Apply adhesive to the back of the water deflector.
  6. Install the water deflector to the rear door.

    7. Object Number: 351612 Size: SH
  7. Install the rear door interior trim panel (1) to the rear door (2). Secure the trim panel (1) with the 14 retaining clips.
