Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1265730 Size: SH
  1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Remove the brake drum. Refer to Brake Drum Replacement .
  3. Remove the wheel hub cap, dust cap, and the caulking nut from the spindle shaft.
  4. Remove the hub and bearing assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1265730 Size: SH
  1. Install the hub and bearing assembly.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the wheel hub cap and the caulking nut to the spindle shaft.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the nut to 235 N·m (173 lb ft).

  3. Install the brake drum. Refer to Brake Drum Replacement .
