    Object Number: 2027701 Size: SH

    Note: Ensure that the sealing surfaces from the EGR valve and the EGR cooler are clear of old gasket material.

  1. Install a NEW EGR valve gasket (1).
  2. Install the EGR valve (2).

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the 2 EGR valve bolts (3) and tighten to  20 N·m (15 lb ft) .
