EN-47632 Cleaner

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools.

Caution: 

   • Use care when servicing the fuel system components, especially the fuel injector electrical connectors, the fuel injector tips, and the injector O-rings. Plug the inlet and the outlet ports of the fuel rail in order to prevent contamination.
   • Do not use compressed air to clean the fuel rail assembly as this may damage the fuel rail components.
   • Do not immerse the fuel rail assembly in a solvent bath in order to prevent damage to the fuel rail assembly.

  1. Remove the hole plug bolts (1)
  2. Remove the hole plugs and the hole plug gaskets (2, 3).

    3. Object Number: 2027835 Size: SH
  3. Loosen and lift the injector bracket bolt (1).
  4. Shift the fuel injector bracket (2) and the bolt (1) with washer (3) back.

    5. Object Number: 2027848 Size: SH
  5. Remove the 4 fuel injectors (1).
  6. Remove the 4 fuel injector gaskets (2).

    7. Object Number: 2027849 Size: SH
  7. Use the EN-47632 cleaner to clean the injector seat.
  8. Loosen dirt with the brush side.
  9. Remove dirt with the sponge side.
