Makes 🢒 Daewoo 🢒 2009 🢒 Lacetti (Global Delta) 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.0L (Diesel) 🢒 Fuel Injector Installation

Caution: 

   • Use care when servicing the fuel system components, especially the fuel injector electrical connectors, the fuel injector tips, and the injector O-rings. Plug the inlet and the outlet ports of the fuel rail in order to prevent contamination.
   • Do not use compressed air to clean the fuel rail assembly as this may damage the fuel rail components.
   • Do not immerse the fuel rail assembly in a solvent bath in order to prevent damage to the fuel rail assembly.


    Object Number: 2027848 Size: SH
  1. Install 4 NEW fuel injector gaskets (2).
  2. Install the 4 injectors.

    3. Object Number: 2027840 Size: SH
  3. Shift the fuel injector bracket (2) and the bolt (1) with the washer (3) forward.

    4. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  4. Tighten the fuel injector bracket bolt to  28 N·m (21 lb ft).

    5. Object Number: 2027830 Size: SH

    Note: Inspect the gaskets before installation, replace if damaged.

  5. Install the hole plugs and the hole plug gaskets (2, 3).
  6. Install the hole plug bolts (1) and tighten to  7 N·m (62 lb in).
