  1. Install the drive belt tensioner (1).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

    Note: 

       • The tensioner dowel pin (a) is not aligned with the tensioner dowel pin hole (b) at this stage.
       • Tightening the bolt will damage the tensioner and the tensioner dowel pin.

  2. Install the drive belt tensioner bolt (2) and tighten to  52 N·m (38 lb ft).
