Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 2028010 Size: SH
  2. Remove the oil pump suction pipe bolt (3).
  3. Remove the oil pump suction pipe bolt (2).

    4. Note: Guarantee that no dirt contaminate the oil pump suction pipe.

  4. Remove the oil pump suction pipe (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2028010 Size: SH

    Note: Guarantee that no dirt contaminate the oil pump suction pipe.

  1. Install the oil pump suction pipe (1).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the oil pump suction pipe bolt (2) and tighten to  11 N·m (98 lb in).
  3. Install the oil pump suction pipe bolt (3) and tighten to  35 N·m (26 lb ft).
  4. Install the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Replacement.
