Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the timing belt. Refer to Timing Belt Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 2026843 Size: SH
  2. Remove the timing belt idler pulley bolt (2).
  3. Remove the timing belt idler pulley (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2026843 Size: SH
  1. Clean the timing belt idler pulley thread.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

    Note: Use an assembly tool.

  2. Install the timing belt idler pulley and tighten the NEW bolt to  25 N·m (19 lb ft).
  3. Install the timing belt. Refer to Timing Belt Replacement.
