Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air cleaner outlet front duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 2027503 Size: SH
  2. Remove the charge air cooler outlet air hose clamp (2).
  3. Remove the charge air cooler outlet air hose (3) from the throttle body (1).
  4. Remove the throttle body assembly. Refer to Electronic Throttle Actuator Control Module Removal.

Install Procedure
  1. Install the throttle body assembly. Refer to Electronic Throttle Actuator Control Module Installation.

    2. Object Number: 2027503 Size: SH
  2. Install the charge air cooler outlet air hose (3) from the throttle body (1).

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the charge air cooler outlet air hose clamp (2) and tighten to 7 N·m (62 lb in).
  4. Install the air cleaner outlet front duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct Replacement.
