Preliminary Procedure Remove the instrument panel lower trim pad cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Pad Cover Replacement.
1	Brake Pedal Position Sensor Bolt Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section. Tighten 2 N·m (18 lb in)
2	Brake Pedal Position Sensor Procedure Disconnect the electrical connector. Calibrate the brake pedal position sensor. Refer to Brake Pedal Position Sensor Calibration.

Remove the instrument panel lower trim pad cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Pad Cover Replacement.

Brake Pedal Position Sensor Bolt

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)

Brake Pedal Position Sensor

Disconnect the electrical connector.
Calibrate the brake pedal position sensor. Refer to Brake Pedal Position Sensor Calibration.
