Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2027601 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the speedometer driven gear (2).

    2. Object Number: 2027602 Size: SH
  2. Remove the speedometer bolt (2).
  3. Remove the speedometer driven gear (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2027602 Size: SH
  1. Coat the speedometer driven gear washer with speedometer driven gear lubricant.
  2. Install the speedometer driven gear (1).

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the speedometer bolt and tighten to  4 N·m (36 lb in).

    4. Object Number: 2027601 Size: SH
  4. Connect the electrical connector (1) to the speedometer driven gear (2).
