Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement .
  2. Remove the left half of the HVAC module from the vehicle. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
  3. Remove the heater module clips.
  4. Separate the heater module case.
  5. Remove the mode actuator. Refer to Mode Actuator Replacement .

    6. Object Number: 687779 Size: SH
  6. Remove the mode door (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 687779 Size: SH
  1. Install the mode door (1).
  2. Assemble the HVAC module case.
  3. Install the mode actuator. Refer to Mode Actuator Replacement .
  4. Assemble the HVAC module case.
  5. Install the heater module clips.
  6. Install the left half of the HVAC module to the vehicle. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
  7. Install the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement .
