Removal Procedure

1. Drain air from the air tanks. Refer to Draining Reservoirs .
2. Tag and disconnect air lines from the control valve.



3. Dicsonnect the electrical connector from the control valve.
4. Remove nuts, washers, bolts and control valve from the frame crossmember.
5. Note the position of the elbows.



6. Remove the elbows from the control valve.

1. Install the elbows in the correct position.



2. Install the control valve to the frame crossmember with the nuts, washers, bolts.
3. Connect the electrical connector to the control vavle.



4. Connect the air lines to the control valve.
5. Refill air back into the resivoir. Refer to Filling Reservoirs .
6. Inspect the system for leaks. Refer to Air Brake System Leak Test .
