Removal Procedure
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.

    2. Object Number: 370396 Size: SH
  2. Remove the electrical connector bolt from EBCM.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from EBCM.
  4. Remove the four bolts (2) and four washers (3) and remove the EBCM from the bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 370396 Size: SH
  1. Install EBCM (1) to bracket.
  2. Install the four EBCM mounting bolts (2) and washers (3).
  3. Connect the EBCM electrical connector.
  4. Install the EBCM electrical connector bolt.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the EBCM electrical connector bolt to 2 N·m (18 lb in)

  5. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.
  6. Return to A Diagnostic System Check.
