Makes 🢒 Isuzu 🢒 2000 🢒 Isuzu MD Steel Tilt (F Model) 🢒 Transmission/Transaxle 🢒 Manual Transmission - Medium Duty 🢒 Input Shaft Disassemble

    Object Number: 647765 Size: SH
  1. Remove the retaining ring for the mainshaft front bearing from the input shaft.
  2. Remove the following form the input shaft:
    3. 2.1. Mainshaft thrust washers
    2.2. Mainshaft front bearings

    Object Number: 647766 Size: SH

    Important: Do not remove the input shaft bearing unless inspection shows bearing damage.

  3. Remove the retaining ring for the input shaft bearing.

    4. Object Number: 647767 Size: SH
  4. Using a hydraulic press remove the input shaft bearing.
