Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 229897 Size: SH
  1. Remove the instrument panel right lower trim.
  2. Remove the air distributor lower duct. Refer to Air Distributor Duct Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 229948 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  4. Remove the temperature actuator control rods and screws.
  5. Remove the temperature actuator.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 229948 Size: SH
  1. Install the temperature actuator.
  2. Install the temperature actuator control rods and screws.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the temperature actuator screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  3. Connect the electrical connector.

    4. Object Number: 229897 Size: SH
  4. Install the air distributor lower duct. Refer to Air Distributor Duct Replacement .
  5. Install the instrument panel right lower trim.
