Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 229722  Size: SH
  1. Tilt the cab. Refer to Cab Tilting in General Information.
  2. Caution: Unless directed otherwise, the ignition and start switch must be in the OFF or LOCK position, and all electrical loads must be OFF before servicing any electrical component. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent an electrical spark should a tool or equipment come in contact with an exposed electrical terminal. Failure to follow these precautions may result in personal injury and/or damage to the vehicle or its components.

  3. Disconnect the negative battery cables. Refer to Battery Replacement in Engine Electrical.
  4. Remove the condenser fan electrical connector from the condenser fan.
  5. Remove the following components from the condenser:
  6. • The four bolts
    • The condenser fan

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 229722  Size: SH
  1. Install the condenser fan to the condenser.
  2. Secure the condenser fan with the four bolts.

  3. Install the condenser fan electrical connector to the condenser fan.
  4. Connect the negative battery cables. Refer to Battery Replacement in Engine Electrical.
  5. Lower the cab. Refer to Cab Tilting in General Information.
