DEFINITION: The turn signal lamps function properly but the turn signal indicators are inoperative.

1. Turn the hazard flashers ON.
2. Disconnect the IP cluster connectors C1 and C2.
3. Connect a test lamp between connector C1 terminal 13 or C2 terminal 3 and the chassis ground.

Does the test lamp flash?

Connect a DMM between the IP cluster connector C1 terminal 9 and ground.

Does the DMM indicate continuity?

Repair the open in CKT 18 or 140 (BLU) or in CKT 17 or CKT 142 (LT BLU) between S335 or S259 and the IP cluster connector C1 or C2.

Is the repair complete?

Repair or replace the IP cluster.

Repair the open in CKT 4, 160, or 26 (BLK, BLK/ORN) between the IP cluster connector C1 and S325.
