1	Did you perform the Instrument Cluster System Check?	--	Go to Step 2	Go to Instrument Cluster System Check
2	Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position. Disconnect the instrument panel cluster (IPC) connector and remove the connector combs. Backprobe in order to prevent damage to the terminal with a test lamp between CKT 15 (DK BLU) cavity B10 (Oldsmobile); A2 (Pontiac) to ground. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position. Turn the right turn signal ON. Did the test light illuminate?	--	Go to Step 3	Go to Turn Signal Lamps Inoperative - Left or Right Side in Lighting Systems
3	Inspect the turn signal bulb. If the bulb is OK, replace the instrument cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement . Did you complete the repair?	--	Go to Instrument Cluster System Check	--
