The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom described in the PI.

Condition/Concern:

Blown HTR - A/C fuse 10 Amp (without U2K) HVAC control head connector (C2) is installed into the radio.

Recommendation/Instructions:

It is possible when the radio and HVAC control head have been remove from the vehicle at the same time that during reassembly, the connector from the HVAC control head C2 can be installed into the radio C2 cavity. (which is not used). This will cause the HTR - A/C fuse to open when the key is turned on.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed. If these steps do not resolve the condition, please contact GM TAC for further diagnostic assistance.
