Steering Column Lock Cylinder Set - Disassemble - Off Vehicle Olds

Disassembly Procedure
  1. Remove the upper tilt head components assembly. Refer to Steering Column Tilt Head Housing - Disassemble - Off Vehicle .

    2. Object Number: 372358 Size: SH
  2. Remove 2 tapping screws (1).
  3. Remove the wire protector (8).
  4. Remove the lock bolt support bracket (2).
  5. Remove the lock bolt assembly (3).
  6. Remove the ignition lock actuator assembly (4).
  7. Remove the steering column pass key lock cylinder set (5).
  8. Remove the lock preload spring (7).
  9. Remove the closeout knob (6).

Disassembly Procedure

  2. Remove 2 tapping screws (1).

  7. Remove the steering column pass key lock cylinder set (5).
  8. Remove the lock preload spring (7).
  9. Remove the closeout knob (6).
