  2. Measure the voltage to ground at the interior dimming switch connector cavity 4 (YEL).

  1. Disconnect the headlamp switch connector.
  2. Connect a fused jumper between the headlamp switch connector cavity 7 (DK BLU) and ground.
  3. Measure the voltage to ground at the headlamp switch connector cavity 12 (YEL).

Is battery voltage measured?

Measure the voltage between the headlamp switch connector cavity 12 (YEL) and cavity 9 (BLK).

Is battery voltage measured?

  1. Remove the fused jumper.
  2. Reconnect the headlamp switch connector.
  3. Set the headlamp switch to the PARK position.
  4. Disconnect the LH dimmer module connector.
  5. Measure voltage to ground from the LH dimmer module connector cavity B (DK GRN) while slowly turning the panel dimming switch back and forth.

Does voltage vary while turning the panel dimming switch?

Inspect CKT 44 (DK GRN) for an open. Refer to Testing for Continuity in Wiring Systems.
