Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 281672 Size: SH
  1. From the inside of the rear compartment, remove the 2 push-in retainers (2) from the CHMSL access cover (1).
  2. Push upward and rotate the center brace away from the insulation.

    3. Object Number: 281671 Size: SH
  3. Remove the screws (3) that retain the CHMSL to the rear shelf (1).
  4. Remove the lamp assembly (2) by pushing the lamp rearward in order to disengage the tabs.
  5. Turn the sockets in a counterclockwise direction in order to remove the sockets from the lamp assembly.
  6. Remove the bulbs from the sockets.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 281671 Size: SH
  1. Install the bulbs to the sockets.
  2. Turn the sockets in a clockwise direction in order to install the sockets to the lamp assembly (2).
  3. Install the lamp assembly (2) by pushing the lamp forward and engaging the tabs.
  4. Install the screws (3).

  5. Install the center brace.
  6. Install the CHMSL access cover (1) and the 2 retainers (2).
