  1. Turn the head lamp switch to the OFF position.
  2. Disconnect the lamp control module connector C2.
  3. Measure the voltage to ground at the lamp control module connector C2 cavity C (ORN/BLK).

Is battery voltage measured?

--

Go to Step 3

  1. Disconnect the lamp control module connector C1.
  2. Place the headlamp switch in the PARK position.
  3. Measure the voltage between the lamp control module connector C2 cavity C (ORN/BLK) and connector C1 cavity B11 (GRY/BLK).

Is battery voltage measured?

Connect a fused jumper between the lamp control module connector C2 cavity C (ORN/BLK) and cavity F (BRN).

Do the park lamps turn on?

Go to Step 5

Replace the lamp control module (LCM).

Repair the open or short to ground in CKT 240 (ORN/BLK). Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Inspect CKT 308 (GRY/BLK) for an open. Refer to Testing for Continuity in Wiring Systems.

Is CKT 308 OK?

Is the repair complete?

Inspect CKT 150 (BLK) for an open. Refer to Testing for Continuity in Wiring Systems.
