Was the entire Memory Seats System Check performed?

Go to Memory Seats System Check

1. Disconnect the memory seat/mirror module connector C2.
2. Connect a DMM from the memory seat/mirror module connector C2 cavity A to ground.

Is the voltage within the specified range?

10 - 15 V

Go to Step 3

Go to Step 5

Connect a DMM from the memory seat/mirror module connector C2 cavity A (ORN) to cavity B (BLK).

Is the voltage within the specified range?

10 - 15 V

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 6

Replace the memory seat/mirror module. Refer to Memory Seat Control Module Replacement .

Is the memory seat/mirror module replacement complete?

Go to Memory Seats System Check

Repair the open in CKT 1340 (ORN). Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the circuit repair complete?

Go to Memory Seats System Check

Repair the open in CKT 150 (BLK). Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.
