VOLTAGE REGULATOR FAILURE NO OR FULL CHARGE CONDITION

MODELS/YEARS: 1986 AND 1987 CUSTOM CRUISER AND CUTLASS SUPREME MODELS

Under certain operating conditions, the voltage regulator may become inoperative causing either no-charge or full-charge condition.

An improved voltage regulator, part number 1116423, has been released and should be used to replace the original regulator. The now regulator can be used for any 1986-87 Custom Cruiser or Cutless Supreme model.

If the entire generator must be replaced, use the table below for correct part number.
