SUBJECT: SEAT TRIM PILLING (REPLACE SEAT TRIM FRONT AND REAR)

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1988-89 OLDSMOBILE CUTLASS SUPREME INTERNATIONAL SERIES

CONDITION:

---------- Some customers may comment on front and rear seat trim pilling, with Trim Codes 78D - Garnet Red and 82D Grey.

CAUSE:

------ Long fibers within the trim material forming small knots and/or balls. Brushing/shaving or other removal techniques are only temporary repairs.

CORRECTION:

----------- Replace all seat trim front and rear with 1990 material MUST BE USED AS IT IS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT IN COLOUR SHADES.
