LOCK MODULE ASSY. RATTLES AGAINST INNER DOOR PANEL

SUBJECT: LOCK MODULE ASSEMBLY RATTLES AGAINST THE INNER DOOR PANEL - INSTALL NEW RIVETS

MODELS/YEARS: 1990-91 CUTLASS SUPREME

Condition: Lock module assembly rattles against the inner door panel.

Cause: Loose retaining rivets.

Correction: Install new rivets P/N 9442468 (see illustration below). ALL attaching rivets should be replaced. The number of rivets for each door is 6 for coupes, 3 for sedan front and 5 for Sedan rear.
