Replace the fog lamp relay with the horn relay.

Are the fog lamps on?

Repair a short to B+ in circuit 1317.

Replace the underhood accessory wiring junction block. Refer to Accessory Wiring Junction Block Replacement in Body Front End.

Replace the fog lamp relay.

Unplug the fog lamp switch connector.

Are the fog lamps on?

  1. Leave the fog lamp switch still unplugged.
  2. Using the J-39200, measure the continuity between terminal E and terminal D of the fog lamp switch harness connector.

Is continuity within the specified value?

Repair a short to B+ in circuit 192.
