- Turn the ignition to OFF.
- Disconnect wiper/washer switch connector C203.
- Turn the wiper switch to DELAY.
- Using a J39200 set to the ohms scale, measure the resistance
through the wiper/washer switch from connector C203 terminal C
to terminal A.
- Move the wiper switch through the entire delay range, one notch
at a time.
Does the resistance vary from approximately 39 Kohms to 680 Kohms?

| Replace the wiper/washer
switch.

- Reconnect the wiper/washer switch connector C203.
- Disconnect the wiper motor connector.
- Turn the ignition switch to RUN.
- Turn the wiper switch to DELAY.
- Measure the voltage from the wiper motor connector, terminal E,
to ground using a J39200.
Is battery voltage present?
