Removal Procedure

    Important: Note the position of the wiring harness route. Note the location of the tie-straps to secure the harness to the drive cables and the sunroof module.

  1. Position sunshade in the full forward position.
  2. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  3. Remove the electrical connector from the control switch.
  4. Remove the electrical connector from the express module.
  5. Remove the electrical connector from the actuator.
  6. Remove the wiring harness from the sunroof.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the wiring harness to the sunroof.
  2. Install the electrical connector to the actuator.
  3. Install the electrical connector to the express module.
  4. Install the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  5. Check the operation of the sunroof.
