Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement in Engine Mechanical-3.5L.

    2. Object Number: 601156 Size: SH
  2. Remove the vacuum lines from the AIR control valve.
  3. Disconnect the AIR control valve electrical connector.
  4. Remove the vacuum lines from the check valve (5).
  5. Remove the check valve.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 601156 Size: SH
  1. Install the check valve to the vacuum lines (5).
  2. Connect the AIR control valve electrical connector.
  3. Install the vacuum lines to the AIR control valve.
  4. Install the injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement in Engine Mechanical-3.5L.
