Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 781443 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front floor console trim plate. Refer to Front Floor Console Trim Plate Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Pull the instrument panel (IP) accessory trim plate away from the IP trim pad.
  3. Disconnect the black connector from the driver heated seat switch. Disconnect the blue connector from the passenger heated seat switch.

  4. Remove the heated seat switch screws.
  5. Remove the heated seat switches from the IP accessory trim plate.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 784649 Size: SH
  1. Install the heated seat switches to the IP accessory trim plate.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the heated seat switch screws.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the heated seat switch screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  3. Connect the blue connector to the passenger heated seat switch. Connect the black connector to the driver heated seat switch.
  4. Align the retainers on the IP accessory trim plate to the openings in the IP trim pad.
  5. Press the IP accessory trim plate to the IP trim pad. Fully seat the retainers.
  6. Install the front floor console trim plate. Refer to Front Floor Console Trim Plate Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
