Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 182808 Size: SH
  1. Remove the LH instrument panel (I/P) insulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side.
  2. Remove the steering column filler panel. Refer to Steering Column Opening Filler Replacement.
  3. Grasp the relay and slide the relay to the right to release the tabs from the slots on the body control module (BCM) bracket.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the relay.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 182808 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connector to the relay.
  2. Position the relay to the BCM bracket, then slide the relay to the left to secure the tabs into the retaining slots on the bracket.
  3. Install the steering column filler panel. Refer to Steering Column Opening Filler Replacement.
  4. Install the LH I/P insulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side.
