GRAM MICROFICHE ORDERS ORDERING PROCEDURE

MODELS/YEARS: ALL MODELS

This bulletin provides current information regarding both the initial General Motors Rapid Access Microfiche (GRAM) ordering procedure a well a the procedure to change the total number of GRAM microfiche sets each dealer receives.

The GRAM program provides one copy of the following microfiche publications in each set:

Current Year Service Manuals

Campaign Bulletins from 1971 through Current Model Year

Technical Bulletins from 1975 through Current Model Year

Information Bulletins from 1975 through l981

Management Bulletins from 1982 through Current Model Year

Labor Time Guides from 1977 through Current Model Year

Service Guild Product Training Manuals from 1974 through Current Model Year

One set is supplied at no charge to each dealer enrolled in the program. Additional sets are available at a cost of $15.00 each. See Addendum "A" on the back of the order form.

Each new dealer must fill out an order form to enroll in the GRAM program and must indicate the total number of sets they wish to receive (total should include the one free set).

A dealer already enrolled in the GRAM program who wishes to change the number of sets currently received should also fill out and mail an order form and indicate the TOTAL number of sets they wish to receive (total should include the one free set).

Zone officas will be supplied with additional quantities of the GRAM order form Dealers may obtain additional order forms from their Zone Office.
